You have just entered the official website of SHIVANI APARTMENTS situated on scenic EAST COAST ROAD in the heart of Thirvanmiyur, a suburb of Chennai, India. We have a community of 95 apartments 8 businesses spread over three blocks. The first block is a towering building with 10 floors easily noticeable from a distance. The other two blocks have 4 floors each.The first block houses Odyssey, Spenser's Daily, Karaikudi / Dabha Restaurant and a few other businesses. Shivani is situated at just about 1.5 kms from Thiruvanmiyur bus stand, adjacent to Thiruvanmiyur RTO. Take a look at the side-bar, to help you locate Shivani easily.

Shivani has a community hall in the III block with a projector and a few exercising equipments. It can seat about 70 persons. This is used for the Shivani Owners' Association meetings and small family functions of residents. The II block has a smaller hall with a Table Tennis facility.
The 1st block has a beautiful roof garden with an excellent view of the sea, the harbor and the neighbourhood. The garden has a volley ball / badmindton court and children's play equipment. There is a shuttle cock court just above the Block-3 community hall.
The favourite assembly spot in the evenings for the women and elderly is the garden in the middle of block-2 & 3. Right in the first block we have the grocery retailer Spencer's Daily, a twin restaurant Karaikudi / Dabha, a Dentist's clinic and a Book & Gift store - Odyssey. Shivani is more vibrant in the evenings than the rest of the days, given that there are over 30 children of various age groups. We celebrate the Childrens' Day, Women's Day, Republic Day, Independance Day, Diwali and Shivani Day every year !
