Facts About the Association

• Shivani Owners Association (SOA) is registered under TAMILNADU SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT (Registration #108/2006).
• Basement of Block-3, Shivani, 40, East coast Road, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600 041, Tamilnadu, India.
• The Association is run by a MANAGING COMMITTEE duly elected by the members of the association.
• The Association is made of owners of all units - residential as well as commercial.
• Every owner is a permanent member, where as the current tenant of a let-out premise will be treated as a temporary member. A temporary member can vote in AGM with a proxy from the owner.
• Permanent members can be office-bearers in the Managing Committee, whereas the temporary members can be committee members.
• SOA adopted the above logo in 2009. The logo sports the dome in the facade of Block 1, the tower and a smiling sun behind it.
